Bern is very great to deal with. He's very patient and answers all your questions. This is the second time I've had Bern over over to help me with my computer needs. I have referred Bern to a friend of mine who has used him too. He's on my speed dial. Absolutely Love this guys.

All aspects of the service from my request to Ron Amos being passed on right away (since Ron was on vacation), the visit from Omar being scheduled as soon as possible, his knowledge and ability to resolve my problem, his recommendations regarding my future laptop needs and his follow-up a few days later to see how things were going.

Najib was knowledgeable, very helpful with suggestions to improve my computer's performance, and worked with Bell Technical Assistance to resolve the problem. Hw was very kind to this barely computer literate senior, and followed up by phone the next day to make sure everything was OK. Najib-- I'm sorry about the cat -- she really liked you, but that wasn't good for your allergies!
